Somme roasting pan made of 18/8 stainless steel from Pillivuyt Gourmet, for all your culinary experiences. The roasting pan is ideal for many applications and can be used both with or without the included stainless steel rack.
• 3-PLY construction features 0.5 mm stainless steel externally, a 1 mm aluminium interior core and 0.5 mm stainless steel internally, from the base to the edge.
• The 3-PLY construction allows heat to be distributed and maintained evenly and efficiently across the base and sides.
• Polished interior and matte finish exterior.
• Upright handles ensure that the roasting pan is easy to grip and handle. Fastened with solid stainless steel rivets.
• Can be used on all sources of heat including induction hobs, and is oven-safe up to 240 degrees Celsius.
• Dishwasher-safe.
