Optica is a series of glasses from Luigi Bormioli with a beautiful pleated design that gives a nice play in the glasses. 25-year warranty covering edge and foot chipping, discoloration or grey shadows caused by washing dishes. Ultra-clear and durable crystalline glass.
With new glass technology, Luigi Bormioli has produced the highly durable and resistant glass mass SON.hyx®, which is completely transparent.
• Compared to normal glass, edge durability is +37.5%.
• Durability to mechanical shocks +105%.
• Thin and elegant stem without "seam" reinforced with titanium. The durability has been increased by +140%, e.g. in connection with twisting (in the case of glass with stem).
• Ultra-clear glass, glossy and transparent for many years. Gives a true representation of the color and substance of the wine.
• The glass can be washed 1,000 times in a dishwasher without changes. A dishwashing program of max. 55 °C is recommended.
