EasyClip is Mepal’s range of rectangular storage containers in five handy sizes with a universal transparent lid that can be clipped on and removed with one hand, and which also fits the EasyClip glass and plastic containers in the same sizes.
Just put on the lid and clip to close. When you hear the click, the container is fully closed and leak-proof, air-tight and odour-proof. The lid clip also acts as a vent when the container is used in the microwave. The sealing ring on the lid can be removed for easier and more hygienic cleaning.
The storage containers are available in two different materials, borosilicate glass and PP plastic. PP plastic is a sturdy, impact-resistant material that can endure rough handling, and it’s also recyclable. All EasyClip storage containers are freezer-, microwave- (PP containers: max. 2 minutes at max. 600-750 watts) and dishwasher-safe, and the glass containers are also oven-safe up to 500 °C, not including the lid.
All of the storage containers, regardless of volume, are the same height. This helps optimise storage and minimise wasted space when the containers are stacked in the refrigerator and freezer.
The set contains three boxes of PP plastic in Nordic sage – one 1000 ml and two 450 ml.
