After rolling out, it's easy to lightly roll the dough around the rolling pin and transfer it from the table to baking paper. Similarly, the rolling pin is ideal for moving marzipan and fondant onto a cake.
Wash with warm water and mild soap. Not dishwasher-safe. To extend its lifetime, treat the surface with cooking oil several times a year.
