Dual IR (infrared) thermometer and probe thermometer. The infrared thermometer is ideal for non-contact measuring of the surface temperature of the frying pan, melted chocolate and more, and with the probe you can measure the core temperature of roasts, etc.

The infrared thermometer measures temperatures between -30°C and 350°C, and the probe measures core temperatures between -30°C and 300°C. LCD display provides temperature readings. The thermometer is made of ABS/Stainless steel and uses 2 x CR2032 batteries (not included).
