The Toulouse series consists of a range of sophisticated and practical porcelain dishes for everyday culinary experiences. The dishes have an elegant pleating that has become an iconic part of Pillivuyt's history, respecting tradition in a contemporary design. The shape of the dish handles, for example, is inspired by the oven doors of the old porcelain factory.
Toulouse has a lifetime breakage warranty on handles. You are therefore always guaranteed a replacement if the handles have been damaged through normal use.
From oven to table
Pillivuyt's dishes and moulds present food beautifully and create a complete culinary experience from oven to table. The porcelain is not only highly resistant to knocks and bumps. Pillivuyt's ovenproof porcelain also withstands thermal shock from -30°C to +350°C - so you can take the dish out of the freezer and put it directly into a hot oven. You can easily prepare a pie, a lasagne or anything else and then freeze the dish and put it in the oven whenever you want. The unique properties of porcelain are due to the special porcelain mass and the extremely high temperature at which it is fired.
Pillivuyt porcelain also has the added benefit of absorbing and distributing heat in an optimal way, so your food stays warm long after it has been removed from the oven.
