Lightweight, non-stick steel baking pan that releases baked goods effortlessly and is easy to clean. The pan holds 4.2 litres and is used for baking delicious, classic brownies you’ll want to spoil family and friends with. You can also bake a large loaf of bread or lasagna.
For baking, grease the inside and base with baking spray or neutral oil.
The form is made from ECCS steel, a high-quality European produced steel. The steel is built up in two layers, first a supportive, reinforced base layer and then another layer for further reinforcement. It is very light and flexible, providing a more uniform surface and better heat distribution. Wash before using for the first time. Produced without PFAS.
