The frying pan is made of stainless steel with a sandwich base, i.e. an aluminium core surrounded by stainless steel, where the outer layer is magnetic. Heat is retained and distributed evenly and efficiently, and the pan also features a two-layer ceramic coating with non-stick properties. Suitable for all heat sources, is oven-safe up to 220°C and can be washed in the dishwasher. Can be used with all types of utensils and is 28 cm in diameter. Weight 1.18 kg.
The range is named after Tareq Taylor’s daughter, Ellen. The ceramic coating was selected to avoid the use of fluorinated substances and achieve a more wear-resistant coating than a conventional PTFE coating. And the ceramic coating also offers excellent non-stick properties.
