7-hole blini pan made of oil-treated cast iron. The oil treatment creates a natural coating for good frying properties and the cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly and effectively. The blini pan can be used for more than just traditional blinis, such as small egg pancakes, potato rösti, tortillas and spiced fried eggs.
Cast iron is not suitable for acidic foods such as tomatoes and fruit. When using on a stove/glass top, it is important to lift the blini pan when moving it - never slide it back and forth on the stove. Hand wash, avoid using detergent where possible to preserve the natural coating and always make sure the cast iron is completely dry before putting it away. Read more
