Morsø NAC Roasting Dish 28 cm. Made of black-enamelled cast iron. The roasting dish gives both meat and vegetables a proper crust. Can be used on all heat sources, in the oven or on the grill. D. 28 x 3.4 cm.
The roasting dish retains the juice in the raw ingredients, and the beautiful omelettes and deep-pan pizzas it makes will delight and impress. The roasting dish is also aesthetically beautiful as a serving dish for the dinner table, and can be used as a lid for the Morsø NAC Multicocotte.
Cast iron has a totally unique ability to retain heat for a long time, so the food can either be cooked on the residual heat or kept warm on the dinner table. The Multicocotte has a 5.5 mm-thick base, to ensure excellent, even heat distribution. It also has good handles, making it easier to get a grip on, for safe lifting of the Multicocotte.
Cast iron is an extremely durable material that is almost indestructible if you ensure proper care and maintenance. Wash with hot water. Make sure the cast iron is completely dry before putting it away. Can be treated with oil. Morsø cast iron can be recycled.
