Morsø 26 cm sauté pan with glass lid in the 79NORD series. The pan has an inner/outer satin finish and a base thickness of 4.8 mm. The handle is made of steel, and with a full steel induction base, the pan can be used on all heat sources.
The sauté pan is perfect for simmered dishes and is oven-safe up to 200 degrees. The pan has a base thickness of 4.8 mm and consists of an aluminium core covered in stainless steel on both sides, also called a sandwich base, where the outer layer is magnetic. The heat is distributed and retained in an even and energy-efficient way across the bottom and sides, while the material itself is lightweight. It is also very hygienic and easy to clean. The pan can be used on any heat source – from traditional cooktops, glass ceramic and induction cooktops to electric and gas cookers. Dishwasher-safe.
The 79NORD series is made from pure raw materials. The pots and pans have no coating, which means the products can be recycled.
