Suitable for the VARIO+ grilling rack system.

Griddles can be used on both sides: smooth and grooved sides. Ripped side ensures perfect grill marks on your meat. Smooth side for the preparation of small pieces to be cooked such as shrimps, burgers, medallions, vegetables, etc. Also ideal for very fatty types of meat such as duck breast or belly pork, the fat is held and does not drip into the flames. Material: enamelled cast iron.
