The glossy surface of the gastro plate stimulates the senses with its shimmering play of colour, and the large surface area allows you to get even more creative when plating up.
The stoneware has a beautiful, reactive glaze that gives it extra glow.
The stoneware is dishwater safe, microwave safe and oven-safe up to 220 degrees.
Please note that it is important to heat the plate along with the oven, as the temperature difference in a preheated oven can result in thermal shock to the stoneware and cause it to break.
