Size: 16.7 - 17.5 - 18.5 - 19.2 - 20 - 21 cm.
For a perfect cake it is a good idea to grease the baking rings and then sprinkle breadcrumbs on them. You cannot taste the breadcrumbs. This prevents the cake from sticking.
Dry the baking rings off with paper towel between each use and repeat the addition of butter and breadcrumbs - do not wash the rings in soap and do not soak them. Read more
