The beautiful, solid wood cutting board is made of oiled oak and offers myriad uses. One side of the cutting board has a juice groove that collects the juices from the meat and the other side is smooth. Both sides can be used for carving and serving.
The rectangular cutting board is suitable for tasks such as carving and serving fish and roasts, as well as for presenting and serving tapas.
Never soak your wooden cutting board. Wash with warm water and mild soap. Not dishwasher-safe. To extend its lifetime, treat the surface with cooking oil several times a year.

The Foresta cutting boards are designed by Hans Sandgren Jakobsen, a trained cabinetmaker and industrial designer with a degree from the Danish Design School in Copenhagen. He spent a year working in a design studio in Japan, after which he returned home to Denmark and joined the studio of Danish designer Nanna Ditzel. He has designed a wide variety of stylish furniture and interior products in the Scandinavian style, and has received many prestigious awards over the years.
