The frying pan is made of stainless steel without non-stick coating and is thus a 100% recyclable product. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction. The Endurance series contains casseroles, pots and frying pans in multiple sizes, all in stainless steel.

The frying pan is dishwasher-safe, but since the frying surface is made of steel, food residue may adhere to the pan. We recommend soaking with warm water and soap for about 20 minutes, after which the cleaning can be done with a brush.

Frying in a stainless steel pan
Frying in a stainless steel pan is different than with a pan with non-stick coating, which is why many professional chefs prefer to use stainless steel frying pans.
Add cooking fat/oil to the pan and warm the pan at medium heat. Distribute the fat/oil across the entire frying surface of the pan and on the sides.
Increase the temperature slightly, put the food in the pan and adjust the heat to the desired cooking temperature.
At the beginning of the cooking process it may look like the food is burning onto the pan, but as soon as a crust is created, the food can be moved around the pan and turned over.
