Morsø NAC Grill Pan 28 cm. Made of black-enamelled cast iron. The grill pan gives both meat and vegetables perfect grill stripes and a proper crust. Can be used on all heat sources, in the oven or on the grill. D. 28 x 3.4 cm.
The grill pan keeps the juices in the raw ingredients, is aesthetically beautiful as a serving dish for the dinner table, and can be used as a lid for the Morsø NAC Multicocotte.
Cast iron pots and pans have a totally unique ability to retain heat for a long time, so the food can either be cooked on the residual heat or kept warm on the dinner table. The grill pan has a 5.5 mm-thick base, to ensure excellent, even heat distribution. It also has good handles, making it easier to get a grip on, for safe lifting of the grill pan.
Cast iron is an extremely durable material that is almost indestructible if you ensure proper care and maintenance. Wash with hot water. Make sure the cast iron is completely dry before putting it away. Can be treated with oil. Morsø cast iron can be recycled.
