The grill plates measure 29 x 23 cm and can easily be removed and cleaned after use. Temperature control from 60 to 230 degrees with separate upper and lower heat adjustment. Timer from 10 seconds to 90 minutes. The height of the grill is adjustable in several levels and the lid has tilt hinges so it lies horizontally regardless of the height of the food to be grilled.
