Petit-four mould in grey silicone with stabilizing steel edge. The mould has 24 cups, 6.5 x 2.5 cm, and is perfect for small, bite-sized goodies. Measures 36 x 24.5 x 2 cm and can withstand freezer and temperatures from -20 to +220 degrees, but cannot be used in the microwave.
The mould can be used for all types of doughs and batters, such as for making a small version of an otherwise large cake or petit-fours. These could include small sponge cake bases, mazarin bases or small muffins. You can also pour mousses into the mould and then freeze them. For instance, you can bake small shortcrust pastry or biscuit bases, top them with frozen mousse and decorate them beautifully. With a little patience, the result will be amazing and perfectly bite-sized.
