The pan 28 cm is made from black carbon steel with a dual-layer non-stick coating, which ensures that the food does not stick and which facilitates subsequent cleaning. On the outside, the pan features an anti-scratch coating.

The handle is made from metal, and therefore the pan can also be used in the oven. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Wash by hand with a brush and hot, soapy water even before first use. To ensure the longevity of the coating, the use of wooden, nylon or plastic utensils is recommended.
