Saucepan with lid made of matt enamelled cast iron. 4 litres. Cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly and effectively. Do not use it for acidic foods such as tomatoes and fruit, and never for long-term storage. Not dishwasher-safe. Wash by hand with hot water even before first use. Ensure that the cast iron is fully dry before putting it away.
