The blade is made of quality stainless steel and the handle is made from oiled oak, which will develop a patina and become more beautiful the more frequently it is used. The wooden handle is crafted from a single piece of wood and is comfortable to hold.
Wash with warm water and mild soap and dry by hand immediately. Not dishwasher-safe.
